b. Monthly Prizes
The following monthly prizes are available:
2- The RENU2DA Draw contest closes on March 1st, 2011 and any entries following will be discarded. The monthly prizes will begin on March 1st, 2010 and drawn on the 1st of every month with the final monthly draw on March 1st, 2011. Once a contestant is declared the winner of a monthly prize he/she will not be entered into future monthly draws. The Grand Prize will be drawn on March 10th, 2011. Contestants will be notified by the telephone number they enter in the contest. BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd will attempt to contact, by the telephone number provided in the entry, the winner for three days after the contest has been drawn. If no direct contact has been made with the contestant, the prize will be redrawn. All prizes will be drawn at Head Office in Letellier, Manitoba and will be administered by the controller of the company. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. If the selected entrant cannot be reached in a timely fashion or if, for any reason, the prize cannot be awarded, another contest entry will be randomly selected, and so on, until the prize has been awarded.
3- The RENU 2DA Contest Winner must have a valid Manitoba Drivers License upon redemption of the Grand Prize. Employees of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd., members of their immediate families and anyone with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter. One entry per person is allowed. Any duplicate entries will disqualify the entrant from the contest. All entries become the property of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries or for any software malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network, failed or incorrect communications caused by the sender or the equipment or programming. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules. By entering, winners agree to authorize BSI to announce and publish their name, address (city only), photograph and/or image in any forthcoming publicity, without remuneration.
4- If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of BSI and which in the opinion of BSI affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest BSI reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest by publishing a notice at its branches.
