The BSI “$10,000 Giveaway” – Rules & Regulations
1- Monthly Prize Draws
BSI will be giving away 9 Prize packages every month, with 1 package drawn from each of the following office / clusters:
1) St Norbert
2) Niverville, Ste Agathe
3) Steinbach
4) St Pierre, St Malo
5) St Jean, Letellier, Dominion City
6) Altona
7) Winkler, Morden
8) Carman
9) Manitou, Somerset
Each prize package will consist of the following:
-$100 Visa Gift Card
-BSI Water Canister
2- The $10,000 Giveaway Contest closes on February 28th, 2012. Any entries received following this date will be discarded. The monthly prizes will begin with the first draw April 1st, 2011 and drawn on the 1st of every month thereafter with the final monthly draw on March 1st, 2012. Once a contestant is declared the winner of a monthly prize from any branch or cluster he/she will not be eligible to win any future monthly draws. Contestants will be notified by the telephone number they enter on the contest ballot. BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by telephone for five days following their name being drawn. If no direct contact has been made with the contestant after five days, the prize will be redrawn. All prizes will be drawn at the branch of entry, and will be administered by the company marketing manager, service leader and / or branch Team Leader. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or e-mail at a mutually convenient time. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. If the selected entrant cannot be reached in a timely fashion or if, for any reason, the prize cannot be awarded, another contest entry will be randomly selected, and so on, until the prize has been awarded.
3- $10,000 Giveaway Contest Winners must be at least 16 years of age to win, and will need to provide photo identification upon redemption of the Prize. Employees of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. and any immediate family members living with them in their household are not eligible to enter or win. All entries become the property of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries or for any software malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network, failed or incorrect communications caused by the sender or the equipment or programming. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules. By entering, winners agree to authorize BSI to announce and publish their name, address (city only), photograph and/or image in any forthcoming publicity, without remuneration.
4- If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of BSI and which in the opinion of BSI affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest BSI reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest by publishing a notice at its branches.
5- By checking the box on the ballot expressing interest in future BSI Newsletters, BSI Insurance Brokers will retain your information in order to communicate to you by e-mail future marketing promotions such as special offers, new contests, etc. This information is only used by BSI Insurance Brokers and is NOT sold, bartered, or traded.
