“In April we encountered a cracked pipe which created a new "shower" in our basement much to our surprise. Of course we noticed this at night but a call to the Carman office manager at home got results. The next day we not only had the pipe repaired but action on removing all the contents of the affected area. While the actual renovation took a bit longer we were pleased that the office staff kept in touch with us as to the repair job. Thanks for the great service!"

We thought that is was covered under our policy through a different broker, but we were told that it was not because if fell under sewer back up coverage, which we though was only for city dwellers as our system was a septic tank system.
