1-   The prize will be in the form of a voucher for air fare and accommodations for two people (3 days) to be used within a certain time frame for a Vegas trip. In order to be eligible for the prize the entrant must be a current policy holder* of BSI Insurance at the time of the draw. Contestants should use the name as shown on their policy to avoid any confusion.

2-   The Vegas Draw contest closes on May 29th, 2009 and any entries following will be discarded. The prize will be drawn on June 1st, 2009 at Head Office in St. Jean Baptiste, Manitoba and will be administered by the controller of the company. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. If the selected entrant cannot be reached in a timely fashion or if, for any reason, the prize cannot be awarded, another contest entry will be randomly selected, and so on, until the prize has been awarded.

3-   To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a current policy holder with BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd during the contest period. Employees of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd., members of their immediate families and anyone with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries or for any software malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network, failed or incorrect communications caused by the sender or the equipment or programming. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules. By entering, winners agree to authorize BSI to announce and publish their name, address (city only), photograph and/or image in any forthcoming publicity, without remuneration

4-   If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of BSI and which in the opinion of BSI affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest BSI reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest by publishing a notice at its branches.

5-   BSI will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this contest. BSI may retain and use this information for future marketing of its products and services to you and by entering you specifically consent to such use.

*A policy holder is defined by BSI as an individual who currently has an annual home, farm or business insurance policy with BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd.
