Insurance Broker (Somerset & Swan Lake, MB Cluster)
Our Somerset & Swan Lake Cluster is seeking an entry-level or experienced licensed Insurance Broker that is looking for a new change and more opportunities to fill a part-time position! This person will be primarily working in our Swan Lake branch and will be willing to provide coverage at our Somerset branch when needed.
Our Insurance Brokers are brand ambassadors who provide a high level of customer service for those who live and work in our surrounding communities. We are responsible for counselling and assessing risk in Autopac, Personal Lines, Commercial, and Farm policies. We have a strong knowledge of insurance markets, products, and pricing that matches a client’s risk with the correct product. We work directly with company underwriters using a high level of judgement and risk assessment skills. Our exceptional customer service meets our Company’s Core Values:

Candidates require an aptitude for learning; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment; a professional demeanor and a high level of personal integrity. Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing. To be considered as an entry-level for this position, you must be committed to achieving a Level 1 Broker License. If you already have a license, that is great!
Our hours of operation at both our Somerset and Swan Lake branches are Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm).
Previous insurance experience and post-secondary education in business are not necessary but beneficial. We are willing to train the right individual with a genuine interest in becoming an Insurance professional!
