Professional Background

Lisa’s responsibilities involve planning and coordinating human resource management activities for BSI to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. There are many different facets in human resources but her main focus is supporting and working with the Leadership Team and their departments on providing human resource guidance. Lisa has never been in the insurance industry prior to this position, but mainly manufacturing and only as a consumer of the product. Lisa loves the fact there’s never a dull moment in insurance, it’s exciting and you’re working with a lot of complex situations. Lisa has her Human Resource Management Certificate from Red River College along with her Administrative Assistant Diploma from Herzing Career College.

Community Involvement

Lisa is not currently involved in the community as they have a 10 year old that takes up most of their time & energy. Their daughter is involved in a lot of activities after school. Lisa likes to volunteer at her daughter’s school.

Personal Information

Lisa enjoys spending time with their family and friends but most of all with her daughter. Lisa loves hanging out with her and being a kid again, bike riding, games, reading, traveling and making jewelry with her. Lisa also loves being a part of their community, she’s new to La Salle and getting out and curling with her new neighbors has been awesome! This is her first year curling and she’s really enjoying it. Lots of love goes into their community and she’s proud to help out as much as possible at their annual Fall Supper, network at Golf Tournaments, etc...
